                                 9 AM - 12 PM FRAMINGHAM SHERATON                                              
                                                                          
                          This meeting is for travel team coaches, league representatives and local tournament directors
                          Come and meet members of the entire Mass ASA staff.
                          Hear about the latest information from National ASA and Massachusetts ASA. Topics will include:
                                                RegisterASA for team and leagues
                                                ACE certification and background checks for adult coaches playing in ASA Championship Play
                                                How to run a successful JO tournament

                         And much more !!!

                         Travel teams that have registered with the Mass ASA by Saturday February 11, 2012 will be able to pick up
                         their ASA rule books and scorebooks. Limit one rule book and scorebook per registered team.

                         Registered teams will be those listed on the registrations tab of this website as of Saturday February 11, 2012.
                         Teams will also be able to drop of registration forms, invoices and checks at the meeting and will be able to pick
                         up their rule books and scorebooks at the same time.

12/07/2011        10B & 12B EASTERN NATIONALS STRATFORD, CT 8/1 - 8/5, 2012
                          The Connecticut ASA will be hosting the 10B and 12B Eastern Nationals on August 1 through August 5 at the
                           Deluca Hall of Fame Fields in Stratford, CT. This tournament is open to all ASA registered teams from within the
                           Eastern Territory. Teams interested in playing in this event can contact Wayne Coe at waynecoe@donelans.com for
                          more information.

12/02/2011        REGISTERASA NOW OPEN FOR 2012 SEASON
                          RegisterASA.com, ASA's individual registration website is now open for 2012 registrations.
                          Leagues and travel teams can now set up their players for the 2012 season and submit them to be registered
                          and insured. All Massachusetts leagues and travel teams that use Bollinger insurance must register through
                          this site.

                          Travel teams that are interested in playing in ANY ASA Championship Play event (States, Regionals, Nationals &
                          National Qualifiers) are reminded that they need to complete not only the individual registration process for their
                          teams, but one adult coach needs to be ACE certified for the current season (2012). Also all other adult personnel
                          on the bench or anywhere on the field will need to complete the ASA National Background check. Both of these
                          can be completed on the RegisterASA.com website.

11/10/2011        LOWELL SPRING SCRIMMAGES APR 28-29 MAY 5-6
                          Looking for scrimmage games in the Spring of 2012? Why not play in the Lowell Spring Scrimmages.
                          The cost is only $40.00 per game per team on the weekends of April 28 - 29 and May 5 - 6. These
                          scrimmages are open to any team 10U thru 14U. Play one game or several, on one day or multiple days,
                          whatever your team chooses.

                          The Mass ASA JO website has now been updated for the 2012 season. All of the forms and tournament entry
                          forms are now on-line. Tournament sanctions are now available via the local tournaments tab.

                        Congratulations to the Abington Avalanche 10U from Abington, MA for winning ASA "Triple Crown". They were
                        the winners of the 2011 Mass ASA State Championships in Dartmouth, MA, the 2011 New England Regionals in
                        Lowell, MA and the 2011 Eastern Nationals in York, PA.

10/13/2010      NEW MASS ASA YOUTH CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM
                The MASS ASA is pleased to announce some changed to our youth classification system. MASS ASA will have
                        three levels of classifications. Teams will either be classified as Class A, Class B or Class C. Each classification will
                        have its own State tournament with Class A & Class B continuing to have Regionals & National events. For further

               The MASS ASA has berths into both the ASA Eastern Nationals and the ASA/USA Nationals based on our
                       registrations in the previous year. Teams that wish to attend MUST play in the 2011 MASS ASA State Championships
